The Chapter 65 Work Group was created by NOLS to propose revisions to Chapter 65 (Nonprofit Corporation Statutes).
On May 24, 2019, Governor Brown signed SB 360 into law. That bill makes substantial changes to Oregon’s Nonprofit Corporations law, ORS Chapter 65.
